Individual & Group Training Sessions

Individual and group training sessions are available throughout the year.

Training Prices

Individual Training:

Parents will be able to sign up on the site for the times they want. Once a parent books a time...no one will be able to book that time. Each one-on-one workout is an hour long.

Session Days & Times:

  • Monday: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
  • Monday: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Monday: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 3:30 – 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
  • Thursday: 3:30 – 4:30 pm
  • Thursday: 4:30 – 5:30 pm
  • Thursday: 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Location for Individual Training:

  • Monday: Beaches Chapel Gym - 610 Florida Boulevard, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 (Inside)
  • Tuesday: Jarboe Park - 301 Florida Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 (Outside)
  • Wednesday: Sawmills Park - 225 N Mill View Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 (Outside)
  • Saturday: Jarboe Park - 301 Florida Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 (Outside)
